In this session of Rooster Talk, I am talking to Ivy Chen who is the Principal Consultant in CSA Global. Ivy comes with a wealth of knowledge in this industry and has worked for a good time with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). Ivy and I have had many conversations over the years about the whole issue or corporate compliance and continuous disclosure of companies in the ASX. I have found her to be a person with very practical advice to the complicated and important issue within the ASX listing rules. This is a very candid and informative conversation which was great fun.
